Over 7 years of its operation, LHA focuses on providing the quality services to our target groups which it is serving 3000 children and students. So, I think it is now time for me, as executive director, to focus on building a strong and professional organization. However, I need your help. Required skills/experiences: (a) operational and administrative skills such as report writing, media relations, and volunteer coordination, (b) coach and mentor to senior members of the organization to ensure they have the capability and competence to take on the roles they are given.

I believe we can learn quickly from what we do if we have the right hearts and right team. Why don't you join me to make LHA a real learning organization.

Being fully aware of power of technology in the modern age, I don't have that capacity to take advantage of technology to make the world a better place. Therefore, I am looking for an assistant who can help me with IT and e-marketing to raise awareness about Life and Hope Association's activities and the problems we face to the larger communities.

My experience at Harvard University, Kennedy School of Government has sharpened my vision, strengthened my aspiration, passion, and commitments to my beloved countrymen of Cambodia!!!
