    Donations of all kinds are appreciated all over the world: sponsoring kids in other countries helps thousands upon thousands and travelling volunteers can certainly make a difference. These were my exact thoughts before I started my 7 month adventure off in Peru with my friend Dakota, not only travelling but volunteering wherever we went when possible.    We started off in Cusco for two weeks and then headed off to Huaraz where I may have spent the best 2 months of my life. Libros para Todos - Books for Everyone!

Friday, February 11th kicked off the distribution of the Libros para Todos book drive, organized in our area by Las Catalinas Development and Bahia del Sol Hotel.Libros Para Todos is a national effort, spearheaded by Grupo La Nacion, the national Costa Rican newspaper. The ultimate goal is to provide every child with donated books in the four core subjects, Spanish, Math, Science and Social Studies, for the 2011 year. During his recent visit to Delhi Bryan Adams set aside some of his valuable time to share some very special moments with 16 IIMPACT girls from his supported centres, along with their teachers and members of the IIMP...ACT team.
