Prospective volunteers and funders interested in Quetzaltrekkers
Objectives
This is a profile and evaluation report that I created based on interview data gathered from various volunteers and staff working with Quetzaltrekkers and from my experiences on a 2 day hike with the company. The purpose of this report is to illuminate the strengths of Quetzalrekkers to help prospective donors and volunteers match their interests with those of the organization, and to make suggestions on how program effectiveness and efficiency may be improved upon.
