I am a highly energetic person with a love for life. I am talented in creative expression through simple painting, music, singing, dancing, and drumming. I love playing with children and adults alike and look forward to every opportunity to make and have fun.
In my off time I coordinate a group of nature hikers and campers to weekend adventures in the remote areas of the Blue Ridge, Appalachian, and Cohutta Wildernesses, I avidly practive yoga, and belly dancing during the week. On a restful day I enjoy gardening, conversation, reading, drawing, a good movie, or meditation. Other than hiking and nature, cooking, food and nutrition are some of my favorite topics. But be warned... I can chit chat for hours.
My personal philiosphy of life is one of personal growth and giving my all to every moment. Why cry when it is so easy to laugh and play? True freedom comes to us when we regonize that we are only captive to thoughts nothing less, nothing more. I would hope to offer to anyone I cross in my journey a little bit of peace, love and sunshine.
