Hello everybody,
I would like to comment on my stay in Costa Rica where I worked for CEPIA. It was a really enriching experience and I recommend it to everyone who would like to make a difference to this world. After almost two months of working there I realised how much I would like to spend more time in Costa Rica. There is so much to do! Lot's of activities that offers CEPIA to the community made me feel proud of this association, I really felt as a member of a new family. Everyone in the village knows CEPIA and appreciates our work. The crew is super nice and the diversity of these activities make you feel comfortable with choosing a project on which you'd like to work. I was working in the public school with children with special needs, I helped in organising movie nights for kids from the local community, I was helping with some office work like preparing English- Spanish translations, I gave English classes in the nearby village... It really depends on you... Anyway, don't be afraid of Costa Rica, people are very friendly, one has the opportunity to get to know better the culture, improve language skills etc.
