Paulino Salgado in the Newsprint story

After visits from American NGOs, several cultural events and meetings with local government officials, three times in the newspaper and once on TV isn’t a bad record for a small underprivileged school in Colombia. El Heraldo, the biggest paper in Barranquilla, has featured the students, the principal, and the volunteer from Paulino Salgado and has helped in our efforts to creating local awareness about the plight of displaced and ignored communities.
