We invite you to consider supporting our community by making a tax-deductible donation. In addition to making a general donation to Omprakash, donors can earmark checks for specific Omprakash Partners, and they can also choose to support one of our grant programs. 

Donation Methods

To donate by credit card, click the link at right.  You will have an opportunity to earmark your donation before submitting your credit card information.

To donate by check,  write a check to “Omprakash Foundation” and send it to: 112 Rosebrook Rd., New Canaan, CT, 06840, USA. Checks can be earmarked by writing on the memo line.

Earmark for a Partner

By earmarking your donation for one of our Partners, you can help that organization accomplish anything from paying teacher salaries to distributing water filters or building a new library. Browse our database of Partners to find a cause that inspires you. When a donation is earmarked for one of our Partners, the Partner receives the full donation minus possible bank transfer fees. We do not charge any administrative fee for processing donations.

Support Our Grant Programs

Our competitive Volunteer Grant program defrays travel and living expenses for Volunteers who commit themselves to making a long-term contribution to our network and our educational mission. Our Seed Grant program enables more classrooms and curricula to be enriched by the global connections available through the Omprakash network. By supporting either of these programs, you help us connect our Partners with more individuals and communities that can learn from and support their efforts.  Donations earmarked for "Omprakash" will be used to support our grant programs.

Sponsor a Volunteer

At the moment, we cannot allow donors to earmark donations to fund the travel costs of individual volunteers.  However, we welcome donors to earmark for a Partner of their choice, and to include a note requesting that funds be used for living expenses of a volunteer.  The Partner can honor this note at its own discretion.
